Saint Rose School is distinguished by its strong focus on religious truths, Gospel values and academics.

St. Rose’s faculty and staff daily strive to provide the children with all they need to excel in life long learning and to accomplish our mission, “Learning, Love and Service”. Our curriculum encompasses all of the sequentially ordered learning experiences that the school provides for its students. The total curriculum includes the development of Catholic values and attitudes, as well as the attainment of knowledge and skills necessary for the students’ spiritual, moral, intellectual, social and physical development.

Our curriculum is in accord with Catholic philosophy and teaching. The Curriculum developed by the Catholic schools in the diocese of Nashville serves as an overview of basic skills that are taught at each grade level.

The Basic curriculum for Saint Rose includes the following subjects: Religion, Reading, Language Arts (English, Literature, Spelling, Vocabulary, Writing, Handwriting), Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Spanish, Fine Arts (Art, Band, Music Appreciation, Music), Health and Safety, Physical Education, Computer Education and Library.
