Notice Regarding Delinquent Tuition & Subsidies

No student will be allowed to register unless all delinquent tuition and fees from the prior school year are paid in full.  In addition, report cards will not be distributed to any student who has an outstanding tuition balance and grades cannot be released.

Each family should complete a subsidy card and return it to the school office by March 14, 2008.  The school office will submit the cards to the St. Rose church office for signature.  Subsidy cards from other parishes must be signed by that parish before turning in to the school office. The requirements for subsidy are to attend Mass faithfully in your parish, actively support the parish community to the best of your ability, and finally, to use the parish envelope system on a regular and continuous basis.  Those Catholic students who do not have a signed subsidy card will be assessed the non-subsidized tuition rate as shown above.

Tuition Assistance Forms

Tuition assistance applications are currently available in the school office.  Applications must be completed and submitted each year in which you desire assistance.  All tuition assistance applications must be postmarked and sent by the family to the school office by February 14, 2008.

HandS Credit

Saint Rose School will keep the first $200 earned in the Scrip/Kroger fundraising program.  Amounts above the first $200 earned will be applied toward tuition.  There is no cap on the amount you can earn towards your tuition.  Amounts earned during the school year are applied toward the next year’s tuition.
