Basketball is available for boys and girls in the third through eighth grade. The Diocese Athletic Council admonishes “cutting”; therefore, boys and girls of all skill levels are welcome to come play for the Stars. Teams are divided into 3rd/4th grade girls, 3rd/4th grade boys, 5th/6th grade girls, 5th/6th grade boys, 7th/8th grade girls and 7th/8th grade boys. After tryouts, 7th and 8th grade players will be placed on the varsity or junior varsity team.

Practice begins in October and games are played December through February.
