Preschool
T-Shirts (Boys and Girls):Must have the school logo on the front, may be short or long sleeve.
Purchased from School Uniforms by Tommy Hilfiger. A white or navy undershirt is allowed—No onesies or snap bottom undershirts.
Shorts (Boys and Girls): Preferably with an elastic waistband, unless the student is capable of “zipping” and buttoning” without any assistance, worn in colors Khaki or Navy. Purchased at any local retailer or from School Uniforms by Tommy Hilfiger. Girls may also wear Khaki, Navy, or Saint Rose school plaid skorts.
Sweatshirts (Boys and Girls): Pullover Sweatshirts and/or Zipper-Front Sweatshirts must have the school logo on the front in order to be worn during the school day inside the classroom. Purchased from School Uniforms by Tommy Hilfiger.
Dress: Girls who choose to wear the dress/jumper are required to wear shorts, tights, or leggings beneath to conceal their underwear/diaper. There are no exceptions to this requirement. The navy polo dress and/or the uniform plaid jumper will be purchased from School Uniforms by Tommy Hilfiger. Navy, black, or white leggings or tights are acceptable underneath the navy dress or plaid jumper.
Pants (Boys and Girls): Preferably with an elastic waistband, unless the student is capable of “zipping” and buttoning” without any assistance, worn in colors Khaki or Navy. Purchased at any local retailer or from School Uniforms by Tommy Hilfiger. No Jeans.
Shoes: All students are required to wear tennis shoes with socks at all times. No light-up tennis shoes or shoes that make noise are allowed because of the distraction they can cause. Please note that sandals or boots are not appropriate for school in that they prohibit a student from safely participating in recess activities.
Hair and Jewelry: Hair should be kept clean and well-groomed at all times avoiding extreme trendy-styles or highlights, coloring or spiked hair. Hair should be kept out of eyes. Boys may not wear hair below shirt collars, below the top of their ears, or below eyebrows. Girls are allowed to wear appropriate hair accessories. Girls may wear small post earrings- no loops or dangling earrings. For safety reasons, other jewelry is not allowed.
K-5 Boys' Uniform
- Jersey polo with logo: long or short sleeve; navy or white
- Walk Shorts: khaki
- Pants: khaki
- Sweater with logo: navy; sweater vest
- Sweatshirt with logo: navy; quarter zip (worn over school uniform shirt) Jacket with logo: navy, full zip
- Solid black, brown, navy or tan dress shoes with matching laces (Sperry’s, Bucks, or similar shoe) (no boots or high tops of any kind)
- Solid black or white tennis shoes (a logo of white, gray or black may be acceptable; tennis shoes must be worn on PE days; no high tops)
- Plain black, navy, or white ankle (must come above the ankle), crew or knee high socks must be worn at all times. (no-show socks are not allowed)
- Black, brown or navy belts must be worn at all times.
6-8 Boys' Uniform
Pre Fall Break and Post Spring Break

- Solid black or white tennis shoes (a logo of white, gray or black may be acceptable; tennis shoes must be worn on PE days; no high tops)
- Plain black, navy, or white ankle (must come above the ankle), crew or knee high socks must be worn at all times. (no-show socks are not allowed)
- Black, brown or navy belts must be worn at all times.
Winter Uniform
- Oxford cloth shirt with logo: white; long or short sleeve
- Pants: khaki
- Tie: navy or belmont plaid tie or belmont plaid bow tie
- Sweater: gray vest
- Sweatshirt: gray; quarter zip (worn over school uniform shirt) or navy crewneck
- Solid black, brown, navy or tan dress shoes with matching laces (Sperry’s, Bucks, or similar shoe) (no boots or high tops of any kind)
- Plain black, navy, or white ankle (must come above the ankle), crew or knee high socks must be worn at all

Students in 4th-8th grade are required to wear the Saint Rose Physical Education uniform. The uniform must be worn at all times throughout the year on scheduled physical education days. Uniforms can be purchased through Dennis Uniforms.
Grades K-3
- Solid black or white lace-up tennis shoes may be worn (a logo of white, gray or black may be acceptable)

- Hair should not fall down in the eyes
- Boys may not wear hair below shirt collars or below the top of their ears
- Mustaches and beards must be shaved
Accessories
- A watch may be worn; however, no smart watches are allowed. A simple fitbit watch that only tells time and tracks activity may be worn.
- A religious medal or cross on a chain may be worn
- Only girls are permitted to wear one pair of post or small earrings – no loops or dangling earrings
- No rings, with the exception of 6-8 grade girls who may wear 1 ring
- No bracelets, with the exception of medical bracelets
- No facial make-up
- Only clear nail polish; NO fake nails even if they are painted clear
- No P.J. pants
- Only plain white t-shirts may be worn under the school uniform
- Hair Accessories may be Belmont plaid or any color within: navy, royal, yellow, white, green
- Black, white, or navy tights or full length leggings that can be covered by socks may be worn under
- shifts/jumpers and skirts
