Coed Flag Football (Fall only)

For the Fall season, Saint Rose participates in two leagues.

The Stones River Flag Football league is available for 1-2 and 3-4 grade boys and girls. We play local and area private schools. The 1-2 grade play 5v5 and the 3-4 grade play 7v7 on the field. Games are on Saturdays from mid-August through the end of September. Games are two 20- minute halves with a running clock. Practices begin in late July. The registration fee is $60.

The Nashville Catholic Diocesan league is available for 5-6 and 7-8 grade boys and girls. We play other diocesan schools. Games are on Saturdays and possibly a weekday. The season begins after Labor Day and ends before Fall break. Practices begin in late July. The registration fee is $60.
