Cheerleading

Saint Rose has the sport of cheerleading for girls in 3rd through 8th grades. Under the guidance of their coach, they will learn basic to intermediate cheerleading skills. When opportunities present themselves, the cheer team will cheer at other Saint Rose sporting events or during a school pep rally. Sign-up are always open to join throughout the school year, usually occurring at the beginning of the school year for Fall and Winter sports and again in the Spring to perform in those sports too.

At this time, the Diocesan Athletic Council does not have a school cheerleading competition. This could change if enough schools have cheerleading teams.

The cost to cheer will be based on the cost of an outfit. More details will be shared with the parents after registering for this sport.
